Qualifications of Technicians/Mechanics
Ability to service all makes and models, gas and diesel
5 years minimum in a light-duty automotive repair shop
Organized and efficient work process
Detail-oriented and passionate about delivering the car on time
Adaptive and works well under pressure
Confident, personable, and a go-getter.
Great communication, both written and verbal
Enjoys supporting a team
Ability to operate several different types of factory and aftermarket scan tools
High level of diagnostic aptitude to figure out any car, gas or diesel, and fix it right.
