Education and Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field• 5-7 years human resource experience focusing on benefits administration and payroll compliance• Experience with HRIS-Kronos- is required• Experience in government contracting is preferred with knowledge of SCA (McNamara-O’Hara Service Contract Act)• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, planner)• PHR strongly preferredPhysical Requirements:• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
