The part time HR Compliance Specialist will support the communication and maintenance of policies and practices in compliance with Federal, state, county and city laws, rules and regulations (laws) that are applicable to Shutterfly companies.
The primary areas of focus for this role will be immigration case management, background checks, monitoring policy acknowledgments, minimum wage and regulatory updates, posting requirements, and statutory reporting. This role will have a fluctuating schedule of up to up to 25 hours per week based on workload.
