What you’ll do:
Set reservations for service customers
Provide assistance with questions and concerns
Escalate customer concerns when needed
Work closely with our sales and service associates to ensure the customer has a premium luxury experience
What we’re looking for:
High school diploma required
Associates degree or higher preferred
Genuine desire to serve
Outstanding communication skills
Exceptional use of grammar and diction
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
Ability to multi-task with tight timeframes
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work with others in a team environment
Strong attention to process and systems
Service experience with a high-demand customer base
