Sevias Academy Looking for Language Arts Tutor at Remote Full Time

I am excited to announce we are looking for a few more AMAZING tutors to join us at Sevias Academy.

I am searching for energized instructors who are passionate about the power of education and helping elementary, middle school, or high school students reach their full potential.

For the past 5 years, Sevias Academy has helped students achieve their academic and personal goals by guiding children through their school struggles and even their personal ones. We believe in a wholistic approach to education, making sure we build a personal connections with our students through trust and understanding. You can be a part of our journey as we strive to improve the lives of children wherever possible by helping them understand and achieve their personal and academic potential .

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate and energized about helping kids. A strong understanding of the English language arts is required, and some teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR:
– Positive mindset and great energy
– Prepared to go above and beyond to help students
– Great knowledge of the English language arts (reading, writing, vocabulary, and some grammar)
– Willingness to learn and train

WHAT THIS ROLE INCLUDES:
– Working with elementary or middle school or high school students in small groups
– Maintaining productive and professional communication with parents
– Receiving weekly coaching and feedback to become an exceptional tutor
– Presenting professional online learning environment through remote Zoom classes
– $22-$40 per class depending on number of students enrolled

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
