What You’ll Do
- Process improvement and process reengineering
- Coordination of action plans and feedback loops
- Change management and business readiness
What it Takes
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Green belt preferred.
- Working knowledge of insurance products, practices, and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience with various business office software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to manager work priorities, planning, and time management skills.
- Possess a drive to achieve goals, tenacity, and a willingness to learn.
- Possess a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in critical thinking, attention to detail, oral and verbal communications.
- Some travel may be required based on assigned project work.
