The incumbent in this position oversees the implementation of the Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc.’s (STOFI) company strategies and leads initiatives that support operational efficiency. The individual collaborates with senior management in developing the organizational vision and operations strategy. The individual is responsible for translating strategy into actionable steps for growth and implementing performance management and annual operations planning. The incumbent oversees company operations, employee productivity and is responsible for guiding and motivating team members to ensure that company goals are achieved.
Master’s degree or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field is required. A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in developing, marketing or promoting business operations in for profit businesses is required. A minimum of ten (10) years of senior management experience is required. An equivalent combination of education / training and experience may be considered. Knowledge of Tribal regulations and business commercial laws and regulations is highly desirable. Possession of a valid Florida Drivers Licensed is required. Demonstrate strong analytical, managerial, communication, and leadership skills. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to travel to all reservations and other national and international locations. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
