Coordinate and/or manage the organization, implementation, and completion of clinical research studies in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, institutional/ departmental guidelines, standards of Good clinical Practice (GCP), and within budget. Create, collect, and review study-related documents; set up and maintain Trial Master File. Coordinate and/or manage the development of systems and procedures to allow tracking of study progress and completion of study activities. Assess, initiate, manage, monitor, and close clinical sites. Perform in-house and on-site data monitoring. Train and mentor less experienced staff.
This is a remote position with flexibility to be based in the following states: Washington, Alaska, Montana, Texas, Georgia, and Florida.
Please Note:
Position requires hybrid onsite and remote monitoring visits. Must be willing to travel to clinical research site on cadence determined by Manager – Clinical Trial Management in conjunction with study-specific Monitoring Plan.
Requirements
Required Education/Experience:
– Bachelor’s Degree in a biological science, health-related field, or equivalent job experience.
– At least four (4) years of related experience, including at least one (3) years of experience as a clinical research associate across multiple phases of a clinical study (start-up, maintenance, and closeout).
– Experience monitoring and managing multiple studies.
– Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and electronic data capture (EDC) software.
Preferred:
– Clinical Research Associate certification.
– Experience with complex clinical trials (eg, oncology).
– Experience with MS Teams and SharePoint.

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
