Job Summary
The Human Resources Services function is comprised of cross-functional experts (payroll, benefits services, and HR operations) that manage incoming requests from team members as well as the execution of team member transactions. The Senior Manager-Human Resources Services will define, shape, drive and deliver the Human Resources Services strategy with a specific focus on ensuring that our team members will have their questions and transaction needs resolved in an optimal, customer-focused way – through digitally-enabled self-service (low touch approach to common requests) and, as needed, higher touch human interaction for more complex requests.
The Senior Manager- Human Resources Services must be a strategic thinker, change agent, passionate about people as well as enabling HR technologies and familiar with emerging trends. The Senior Manager- Human Resources Services will be tasked with studying both our team member workforce and our HR technology’s (Oracle HCM and ADP Enterprise) capabilities to build and implement optimal HR transaction/ interaction experiences (touchpoints).
As a people leader, the Senior Manager- Human Resources Services leads a team consisting of experts focused on payroll administration, benefits services (health & welfare plan administration) and HR operations. The Senior Manager- Human Resources Services is accountable to strategize, plan, and execute operationally excellent processes aligned with S&C’s broader Human Resources vision and strategy.
