Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements

• Provides support to senior bankers.
• Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis, and drafting.
• Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.
• Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analysis.
• Assist senior bankers on client coverage initiatives.
• Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.
• Work closely and help train analysts.
• Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent degree and/or work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field.

Work Experience

• Related experience in Financial Services Industry, 1-2 years.
• TMT Investment Banking experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

Skills And Abilities

• Understanding of corporate finance and banking products.
• Solid financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Team player and self-starter.

For NYC Job Applicants: The base annual salary range for this position is $110,000-$135,000. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
