Your role as a Representative, Inside Sales:
You will be primarily responsible for making outbound phone calls to fans and local businesses while using keen customer service skills in an effort to set up customer appointments at Petco Park to reach sales goals.

Pay and additional compensation:
Per the California pay transparency law, the base pay rate for this full-time position is $19.43. This position is also eligible for a commission plan, if goals are achieved. As a candidate for this position, your pay and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, job-related skills and any other factors the San Diego Padres considers relevant to the hiring decision for this position.
