Your role as a PSH Captain:
You will be the front-line supervisor that will lead and manage a team of Premium Seat Hosts during all Padres home games and non-baseball events.

Salary and Additional Compensation:
This position is a Union position and as such is subject to the rates and benefits agreed upon in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Per the California pay transparency law, the pay rate for this position is $22.00 per hour.
In addition to your hourly rate, union Captain positions also receive paid sick leave, holiday pay for specific holidays, free parking, eligibility for an end of season bonus, employee discounts, appreciation, and recognition opportunities.
