Tasks include but may be not limited to, scheduling meetings; arranging domestic and international travel; ordering and tracking equipment and supplies; processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports; timekeeping; document archival; and liaison with other departments (facilities, environmental services, nutrition services, central supply).
To be successful in this role requires, strong customer service, written and verbal communication, problem solving, along with advanced experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using software programs for timekeeping, ordering of supplies, and financial management is desired.
