The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Health at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey has a full-time position available at the Assistant Professor level for a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician. This position will serve as a consultant to generalist obstetricians and community physicians and hospitals to diagnose and treat women with maternal/and or fetal issues. Oversight and experience with detailed obstetrical ultrasound examinations and intrapartum procedures are required. This person will also plans and participate in medical care to both inpatients and outpatients seen in University Hospital, our Ambulatory Practice, and other sites collaborating with Rutgers-NJMS.

This position is at Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School (NJMS) in Newark, NJ. Aligned with Rutgers University–New Brunswick and collaborating university-wide, RBHS includes eight schools, a behavioral health network, and five centers and institutes that focus on cancer treatment and research, neuroscience, advanced biotechnology and medicine, environmental and occupational health, and health care policy and aging research. To qualify, the candidate must have completed a board approved fellowship program and be certified/eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In addition to clinical duties, the successful candidate will be responsible for lectures, didactic clinical instruction for our fully accredited MFM fellowship program as well as our obstetrics and gynecology residents and NJMS medical students and research.
