Ruby Springs Lodge is hiring for an Executive Chef position. This is a fine dining, hands-on chef position in a high-end fly fishing lodge. Surrounded by multiple mountain ranges, the Ruby Valley is situated in the heart of the Montana trout fishing country. RSL promotes a fun, outdoor-oriented work environment. Our season starts in early April with employees arriving in mid-March. The season runs through the end of October. We take 10 days off from August 23-September 3. We have several options for employee housing. We have accommodations for a maximum of 16 guests and expect the dining experience to be one of the reasons guests want to return.
