RSG Construction Inc Looking for Construction/Remodeling at Sacramento, CA Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION:

RSG Construction is seeking hard-working individuals who demonstrate a willingness to learn and work well in a team setting. We are currently hiring for general labor associates to work in the residential construction and remodels in the Tri-Counties area (Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado). General construction experience is a plus but is not critical as we offer in-house, on-the-job training to ensure all team members fit our family culture. Owning basic carpentry tools is a plus but not required. Pay is dependent upon work experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must have the ability to perform physical labor (including standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and other various forms of physical activity), pass drug screening, be at least 18 years of age, have a mobile phone with ability to communicate via email and text message and have reliable transportation. Must have valid ID/Employment Authorization to prove eligibility to work in the U.S. Must

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the Jobsite clean from trash, obstacles, and hazards
• Load or unload material
• Ability to follow instructions and be a team player
• Working closely with a small team to accomplish assigned tasks
• Must reliable and safety-oriented
• Adhering to all Company and industry (i.e., OSHA, NATE) standards/regulations
• Use of power tools
• Potential customer interface

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Constant standing, bending and kneeling
• Perform physical labor at construction sites IE. heavy lifting, loading/unloading

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $30.00 per hour
