Orlando company is looking for a Director of Operations / Regional COO. The company is looking for a minimum of 7+ years of experience. Responsibilities of the Director of Operations / Regional COO will include, but not limited to the following.
— Responsible for creating the operational systems and processes to support the sales demand and help the company achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, business goals and objectives, customer and employee satisfaction.
— Institute continuous improvement programs intended to support business growth and scalability.
— Responsible for executing against financial and operational goals and assesses organizational effectiveness in meeting these goals through the development, measurement and reporting of KPI’s.
— Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the responsible facilities.
— Ensure effective and regular management and employee communication to report on the effectiveness of the operation to promote strong execution, alignment, and accountability.
–Initiate and coordinate major projects (e.g. facility layout changes, installation of capital equipment, major repairs).
— Understand profit and loss, accounting functions and the relationship of operational activities and decisions.
— Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
— Design and implement regional business strategies, plans and procedures based on overall company strategy.
— Develop the operating plan and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of operations to ensure that products & services conform to customer and quality standards.
— Provide day-to-day leadership and management to the company’s leadership team. This includes providing direction and coaching to individuals who lead the various departments within the organization and executes in coordination with the vision and product strategy set by the company.
— Drive a high-performance culture that emphasizes a “People First” mindset, open communication, empowerment, recognition and workplace safety.
— Partner with Human Resources to deploy leadership development opportunities, building a diverse workforce, and introduction of change management concepts to build an engaged workforce.
