RMIT Vietnam’s School of Business and Management has established a reputation for excellence in business and management education, providing high quality, industry responsive programs relevant to the national and global marketplace. The Management Department, within the School, has six discipline areas. Our business programs offer fresh perspectives on business problems and we inspire our students to think, challenge and create.

The role and responsibilities
The role sits within the Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship disciplines and therefore candidates who are able to teach and contribute to both subjects will have a distinct advantage. The Lecturer is expected to contribute to the teaching and research efforts of the University, in disciplines related to their field of expertise. Specifically, the Lecturer is responsible for carrying out teaching activities within undergraduate, Masters and Graduate Diploma programs and for maintaining and advancing their scholarly, research and/or professional capabilities. The Lecturer is expected to actively promote the program by establishing and maintaining memberships, links and partnerships with academic, industry and professional communities and will work collaboratively with fellow academics within the teaching team, updating colleagues and students on developments in their subject areas or specialisations. The Lecturer may be responsible for course coordination.
