Were looking for an Account Manager in Fort Worth, Texas .
The Opportunity:
The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for account maintenance and profitability of an assigned group of existing customers. AMs generate demand primarily via face-to-face meetings, calls, and outbound emails. AMs assigned customer count will grow incrementally over time as the Business Development Manager (BDMs) introduces new customers to Ritchie Bros., and transfers the account ownership to the AM. This role will build and maintain strong relationships and drive adoption of Ritchie Bros. selling solutions and platforms across all customers.
In this role youll:
Use in-depth knowledge of Ritchie Bros. selling solutions and platforms, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Customers
Hit and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by maintaining relationships and drive revenue growth with Playbook customers assigned to AM
Leverage internal and external tools to educate Customers on all Ritchie Bros. multichannel solutions and ensure best in class customer experience
Responsible for Core Activities and Behaviors (CABS) goal attainment
Partner with BDM to maintain relationships with new customers and sustain ongoing business
Utilize Salesforce to document and drive the sales process with customers
Heres what you bring:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years experience in quota-driven sales (Industry experience/knowledge preferred)
Knowledge and experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly self-motivated & action-oriented
Keen customer focus, develop newly assigned accounts while enhancing customer relationships with existing accounts
