Ripple Creek Lodge is a small guest ranch/outfitter in NW Colorado that offers cabin rental, trail rides, pack trips, guided elk hunts and fishing trips.
We are looking to fill 2 ranch hand/guide positions with honest, hardworking individuals that have the initiative to work alone and be self-motivated, as well as work with a team.
Must be guest friendly and have a desire to work with and care for animals.
Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a background check, live on-site and have no pets.
Employees begin employment between the 15th of May and June 1st and complete the season on November 20th.
Compensation packages include; base pay of $1500 per mo, $500 per mo (bonus for completing the season), tips (average $3-6k), and free room and board.
