Annual Salary: $65,000 – $115,000
Emrgy is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join the Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be a key player in managing the HR operations, contributing to making Emrgy a great place to work. You will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. This role reports directly to the VP of Strategy and Transformation.
