As a member of this small & mighty team, you will have a key and direct impact on Responsive‘s culture, hiring and attraction strategy, candidate experience, and the chance to drive continuous process improvement. Responsibilities include collaborating with business unit leaders and hiring managers on a regular basis, working to identify current and future hiring needs, and managing the recruiting process. Roles filled will include sales, customer success, marketing, operations, finance, and occasionally technical functions. This is an opportunity for a recruiter with 5 years of experience under their belts looking for opportunities for continuous development in a strategic corporate recruiting role, honing operational skills, increasing business acumen, and working with the leadership team to help drive company objectives & scale the organization. You will work directly with the Recruiting leadership team to understand the organization’s immediate and future talent needs.

Total Compensation for this role (base + bonus): $75,000- $94,000, depending on experience
