How you’ll contribute

• Analyze, interpret, and transform adjudicated claims data into reportable information that supports core operational processes.
• Pull claims from client portals and distribute, process, and document appropriately.
• Proactively support specialty billing and claims processing by following established processes and procedures.
• Work in conjunction with our ImpactCare, ImpactAdvocate, Service Excellence, and Sales team to provide our clients and members with the best possible support.
• Understand, utilize, and help to develop integrated databases and related reports to ensure transparency and accuracy across the team.

Experience you’ll need

• A.A/A.S. with one year of medical claims processing experience or high school diploma/GED with three years of medical claims processing experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Experience working in a 100% remote environment strongly preferred.
