Remedy Intelligent Staffing Looking for Human Resources Specialist at Von Ormy, Texas Full Time

Global Manufacturing company located in the south of San Antonio is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant. This position is working under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager.

Work schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM – Must be flexible and able to work overtime.

Salary $21.00 hour

Job duties consist of but are not limited to the following

• Employee Relations
• Employee Benefits
• HR Administrative Duties
• New Hire Requisitions
• Daily, monthly and quarterly reports on new hires and retention
• Working closely with the staffing companies on all temp employee issues
• Scheduling Appointments
• Workers Compensation & Osha Logs
• Reviewing Invoices
• Other duties as needed and assigned
• Strong organizational skills

Requirements

• Must be bilingual
• H.R. experience is a must
• Must have intermediate computer skills with strong knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Access, Word and Power point
• Must have good communication Skills both written and verbal
• Minimum 2+ years as an administrative assistant
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to meet all hiring criteria
