Reflex Performance Resources,Inc., a global sourcing company that specialized in the manufacturing and sales of active wear and sport wear. We are looking for a full-time Design Assistant Intern who enjoys a fast paced, multitask, organized, detail-oriented persons to join our team.

Position Purpose and Scope

The Associate Designer is responsible for the creation of line sheets for the production department, preparing styles to present to buyers, and assisting in mentoring assistant designers.

Key Responsibilities

– Understanding of specs, fit, proportion to create technical flat sketches.

– Create flat sketches.

– Arrange & Update the line sheet to present to the buyer and management.

– Prepare line sheets for meetings.

– Attend the buyer meetings

– Communicate with the buyers to arrange the line sheets in specific needs.

– Prepare color card to send overseas to develop L/D.

– Strong graphic skill for hangtag and package design.

– Print and Pattern design & repeat development.

– Excellent communication skills with overseas vendors.

– Maintaining and organizing the color & Print library

– Collaborate with the related all departments.

– Creating individual cad to upload on AMT system.

– Make color board for the buyer meeting.

– Research trend to make trend board

– Work with Designer for new season

– Work with Production team for follow up of specific needs.

Job Requirements

– Highly experienced & proficient in Adobe Illustrator

– Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

– Over 3 year of experience in in Fashion / CAD designer.

– Strong MAC/PC knowledge including Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator.

– Must be proficient in MS office

– Must be proficient in creating technical flats on Illustrator

– Excellent communication, organizational and follow-up skills.

– Knowledge of production/manufacturing processes and capabilities

– Strong written & verbal communication skills.

– Ability to work with multiple teams.

– Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines in fast pace environment.

– Good eye for latest fashion trends

– Excellent communication, organizational skill, attention to detail and follow-up skills

– Fluent in English

– Must have responsibility of work and following directions.

– Must be legally eligible to work in U.S.A
