As a Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on client acquisition, building strong relationships, providing job placement assistance, and offering exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities: –

Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
• Utilize various channels, including social media, industry networks, and referrals, to generate leads.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Effective Sales & Closing Techniques

• Employ effective negotiation techniques to address client concerns and objections.
• Present proposals, contracts, and pricing structures persuasively.
• Secure new client contracts by consistently demonstrating professionalism and expertise.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their recruitment needs.
• Provide tailored solutions to meet clients’ specific requirements, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
• Offer ongoing support and guidance, fostering long-term partnerships.

Candidate Sourcing & Evaluation

• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals to source qualified candidates.
• Thoroughly screen candidates for qualifications and skills, ensuring their suitability for specific positions.
• Assess candidates’ cultural fit through interviews and assessments, ensuring a harmonious match with clients.

Recruitment Process Management

• Efficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and candidates.
• Post job openings, screen applications, and select the most suitable candidates for clients’ consideration.
• Skillfully negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates.

Entry Requirements: –

• Possess a CEI License in Singapore.
• Have proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar client-facing role.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage your own time in a remote work environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills to effectively close deals and maintain client satisfaction.
• Self-motivation and a target-driven mindset, demonstrating your commitment to achieving and exceeding sales goals.

What You Can Expect: –

• Remote work setting: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home, eliminating commuting time and expenses.
• Competitive commission structure: Earn a generous commission of 60% on monthly sales, rewarding your efforts and success. For example, if you achieve SGD 10,000 in monthly closure sales, your commission payout would amount to SGD 6,000. There is no cap limit on the commission payout.
• Collaboration Options: Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to your sales success and providing ongoing support or choose to work as an Individual Contributor (IC).
