The VP is responsible for ensuring the Credentialing and Nurse/Staff Scheduling teams, starting with a minimum of four AEs, are maintaining high activity standards, ensuring the execution of a strategic market engagement plan, complying with company standards tied to sales process and CRM utilization, effectively engaging dedicated demand generation resources and additional sales resources deemed key to success, and a general adherence to best practices.
This team construct is one of an ‘overlay’, and as such the VP and their AEs will need to exhibit an understanding of how to work optimally alongside Account Owners, leveraging their relationships to ensure focus within this critical area. The VP must have a proven ability to encourage, motivate, and enhance the productivity of AEs through skill development, teamwork, compliance to operating procedures and rules of engagement, providing inspiration, and building a highly empowered, constructive and fun sales culture.

The salary range for this role is $165,000 to $200,000, and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education and other relevant factors for a potential employee. This job is eligible for incentive pay, with potential OTE of $280,000 to 325,000+.
