PYA Looking for Healthcare Coordinator at Atlanta, GA Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce various client deliverables, including reports, project lists, and proposal letters by formatting, inputting information, and creating text, data, and graphics
• Assist with scanning, organizing, and filing documents electronically; create and maintain projects in workflow software
• Self-review work products
• Maintain project documentation and pull information from multiple databases
• Daily support of approximately three to five managers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate degree or pursuit of an associate degree preferred
• 1+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced professional services firm/office setting preferred
• Intermediate-level experience in producing and editing Microsoft Office documents; with an emphasis in Word and Excel
• Familiarity with SalesForce/Financial Force is a plus
• Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and ownership when dealing with support tasks
• Detail-oriented individual with a demonstrated ability to establish priorities in order to balance an array of tasks with competing deadlines
• Polished professionalism including a positive attitude combined with excellent oral/written communication skills at all levels – both within and outside the Firm
• Excel in working independently and within a professional team environment with the ability to cover for other Administrative Assistants as needed

POSITION TYPE:

• Full-time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Overtime will be required as needed
