The Supply Strategy Associate Manager is responsible for supporting the ideation, evaluation, communication, and launch of global supply chain strategies. As part of the Global Supply Strategy and Data & Analytics team, you will support PVH’s transition to a proactive & responsive value chain that wins with our consumer. The right candidate must be an excellent communicator, and able to balancing working at both the strategic (strategic thinker & problem-solver) and executional levels.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy
Support the creation, iteration, and communication of multi-year supply strategies that fuel the growth of PVH’s brands and regions
Think critically to connect the dots across strategies, evolve initiatives, and support strategy team
Partner with regional supply strategy teams and cross-functional partners (Corporate Responsibility, TPG, Logistics) to align and prioritize strategies
Support initiative and project execution as needed – convene & facilitate working group, align on objectives and metrics, launch initiatives, track & communicate progress
Leadership Reporting
Manage processes and information for key supply chain reporting to leadership
Support evolution and creation of supply chain reporting (understand objective, assess information available, partner with subject owners, synthesize information, propose format for leadership reporting)
Partner with Data & Analytics team to ensure accurate data and timely reporting
Monitor latest developments in the apparel industry, supply chain ecosystem, and global geopolitical environment to understand impact
Support Trade & Policy reporting for global supply leadership
Project Management
Support project scoping, planning, and hind-sighting with key stakeholders
Support project execution (documentation, meeting facilitation, project plan updates, follow-ups, deliverables)
Communication
Communicate strategies, projects, and asks to cross functional teams & partners through various mediums (verbal presentations, written emails, visual decks, etc.)
Support planning & execution of global Supply events and communications (Town Halls, Supplier Summits, update videos, team meetings, etc.)
Present synthesized information, updates, and recommendations across a wide variety of projects & strategies

Highly adaptable and able to respond to changes in environment & priorities

Project management experience
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
3+ years’ experience in consulting, strategy, program management role preferred
Apparel experience preferred but not required
Demonstrated ability to think and communicate strategically
Proven ability to create, implement and measure a strategy or project
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Education:
University degree
