•Experience: 2 years of experience recommended as a property adjuster

•Requirements/Experience: To be considered, applicants must have a Adjusters License 6-20 and Bond (if applicable)

•For this position, it’s imperative that the candidate be a highly motivated, self-starter who can work independently with the support of our back office and staff

•Able to work as a member of a team or independently

•Ability to learn, or have knowledge of property insurance policies and their interpretation

•Excellent follow up skills

•Positive attitude and excellent organizational skills

•Customer service skills

•English (Required) Spanish a plus

•Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

•Responsible for finding and engaging with new clients through referrals, networking and cold calling

•Meet and maintain sales targets and quotas on a monthly basis with clients via phone and/or one-on-one meetings
