We are Psycho Geriatric Services ! This is a great opportunity to join an established, growing multidisciplinary practice providing mental health services to senior adults. We are currently looking for licensed nurse practitioners to provide consultation and medication management in skilled nursing facilities. State license and prescribing privileges are required. NPs with PMH certification, preferred but training and educational support provided to other NPs.
