This position is primarily performed in the office/manufacturing facility near the Raleigh-Durham Airport with a small percentage available for a work from home opportunity. Please do not apply if you cannot make the commute on a regular and consistent basis.

JOB TITLE: Global Human Resources Business Partner
REPORTS TO: Director of Finance and HR
The Global Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will support existing day to day operations of the Human Resources functions. This role helps align the organizations people strategy with the business strategy by developing, designing, and implementing best practices and maintain priorities, driving values and delivering business results. In this role you will provide advice to leadership regarding best practices to maximize employee efficiencies. You will champion a diverse workforce throughout the employee life cycle. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement through performance management. The HRBP role is an individual contributor role as well as a strategic role. The position will report to the Director of Finance and HR.
