As a part of the OptumCare network, ProHealth Physicians is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our Physician Internal Coverage Team, East Region. Position Responsibilities
- Provide primary care physician coverage in an outpatient practice setting

Required Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (if B.E., must be within 5 years of program completion)
- Unlimited Licensure (or eligible) in the state of Connecticut
- Ability to travel to various practice sites within the Eastern region of the State of Connecticut
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance

Connecticut Residents Only: The salary range for Connecticut residents is $225,900 to $315,100. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
