Job Description
You will work closely with the Executive Sales Leadership Team to expand our sales presence and brand in the United States in particular within large and enterprise accounts.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on building the Procom brand through thought leadership and sales activities to introduce the US marketplace to the value of working with Procom.
Your job is to extend Procom’s reach and impact in the US Marketplace by providing them with Procom’s offerings and solutions.
Responsibilities:
Leverage Canada large program/Enterprise accounts to receive warm leads to their US counterparts. Engage counterparts to generate US revenue opportunities.
Identify potential US customers, target them, introduce Procom and secure meetings to gain revenue.
Introduce the Procom brand to the US enterprise account marketplace. Included in this is thought leadership and participation in relevant industry events. You will work cross functionally and regionally, learning and contributing to the US Procom knowledge pool.
Partner with MSP/VMS providers such as Kelly Services, Randstad, Allegis, Tapfin, ProUnlimited, etc. to becomes an IT/Professional Staffing Partner to their programs. Separately, connect with campanies that run their MSP internally.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and multi-platform communication skills
Self-awareness and emotional intelligence is key – we need you to read your audience and adapt yourself to them
Comfortable with multitasking while maintaining a project management approach
Experience with leading and participating in QBRs (quarterly business reviews)
Strong stakeholder management skills in key projects across Procom’s population
Entrepreneurial mind
Driven – You are a results-driven with a growth mindset.
Bachelor’s degree a plus or 10+ years of experience
Ability to travel (drive, air, train, etc.) cross border between US and Canada (25% of the time)
Qualifications Selling Large program and enterprise level accounts (1M+): 8 years (Required) Staffing Services: 5 years (Required)
