Body Shop Manager Will:
- Hire, train, and manage body shop technicians and painters
- Write body shop repair estimates
- Manage all direct repair accounts
- Purchase parts and other supplies
- Handle customers, insurance companies, estimators, and technicians
- QC vehicles before delivery
Body Shop Manager Needs:
- Current Body Shop Management experience
- Knowledge of repair methods
- ICAR Certification is a plus
- Solid understanding of estimating process
- Proficient computer skills
