Founded in 2016, we are a multidisciplinary team of communications strategists, storytellers, PR executives, and creatives, building personal and executive brands for high-profile entrepreneurs, CEOs, and personalities by managing their personal communication strategies & campaigns, social media channels, keynotes on stage and media coverage.
We seek a senior, full-time Digital Media Manager to support and help advance our growth in North America and the Middle East. Though this is a virtual role, the candidate must live in the Eastern time zone (New York Metro area preferred). Previous agency or thought leadership experience is preferred but not essential.
Job Description
As a Digital Media Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and leading the strategy for client’s digital content, managing a team of content creators (written, visual, and video content) and timely posting to client’s personal channels. You will be responsible for growing their online presence by recommending and implementing strategies that attract new followers, increase engagement rates, and elevate the quality of engagements.
You will also craft monthly client reports that provides in-depth analysis in terms of brand impact and effectiveness. Internally, you will be the digital lead for Prestidge Group’s rebranding and marketing efforts; overseeing company landing pages, SEO optimization and SMM strategies.
Ideally you will have at least 5-7 years’ experience working in a similar role, be familiar with key issues relating to tech, AI, the future, ESG and socially responsible investing, higher education, climate change, healthcare & life sciences, and lots of interesting discussions that our clients are involved with.
You will report to the Director of Client Strategy and US Accounts and work closely alongside the Director of Operations.
After the initial 90-day probation period, health insurance and benefits are provided, along with 22 days annual holiday leave.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Conduct a detailed audit of each of the clients’ digital and social media channels, in addition to the clients’ online presence on Google and recommend ways to improve visibility as well as organic engagement.
Conceptualize and implement strategies based on industry best practices for each digital and social media channels and top trends across each client industry.
Elevate the online brands of each client while working consistently and collaboratively with each department within Prestidge Group to ascertain topics, angles of approach, methods to best represent content visually, and ways to ensure the clients messages go viral.
Lead and advise on PR policies and strategies and stay updated on the latest talking points that will help clients gain additional traction within earned media.
Take complete responsibility for timely posting, tracking, and monitoring of posts by establishing and maintaining the content calendar schedule for client.
Identify keywords/hashtags to drive traffic and maximize SEO as well as oversee community management to increase engagement, including responding to followers and flagging any comments for the client and Prestidge Group’s crisis response team that violate LinkedIn, Twitter or Facebook’s respective online codes of conduct.
Take charge of the overall quality of content delivery across all digital and social media channels.
Enhance web traffic and customer engagement, including making practical recommendations on how to increase both based on proven paid and unpaid social media strategies and tactics.
Contribute to creating as well as implementing strategies for product marketing, improved agency SEO, infographics, campaigns, blogs, websites, social media channels, Web3 spaces, paid ad spends, digital lead generation etc.
Develop and present clear data – Analyse and measure the performance of each clients’ social posts and engagements and find ways to maximize reach and effectiveness.
Brainstorm story ideas for clients’ monthly social and reviewing content to make it more hashtag and SEO-friendly.
Recommend, design, and implement social media strategies to align with each client’s unique branding or marketing goals.
Monitor SEO, web traffic and engagement metrics and create detailed data-led monthly reports that demonstrate growth (or decline) for each client’s personal brand and for the agency’s marketing efforts.
Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Requirements
At least five years of paid experience ideating, posting, monitoring and analysing digital marketing media strategies and content.
Hands-on experience working with communication, process, and content management platforms such as Slack and ASANA.
Ability to follow all agency protocols and processes as established by CEO and Director of Operations.
Strong project management experience and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and assignments.
Excellent proofreading skills (AP and Chicago style) and an eye for detail.
Comfortable working remotely and with a highly diverse, multinational team
Demonstrated ability to recommend digital media marketing strategies and content (text, image and video) examples proven to increase followers and/or engagement.
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, hashtag strategy, and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of social media and online marketing channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Medium and TikTok. Experience working with Mastodon or other Twitter alternatives is a plus.
Ability to commute to NYC two days a month preferred. Must reside on the East Coast of the United States[SS1] .
Some occasional work in the early morning or on weekends may be required.
Must be an innately curious individual interested and open to learning new things.

Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 a year, depending on experience.
