This is an industry primed for innovation. The addressable market of $35B includes 1M HCP’s and 4.5B prescriptions filled/year. Historically, drug companies relied on in person drug sales reps to conduct in-person meetings to educate doctors. Those interactions have become less and less meaningful and COVID expedited the true end game, interactive digital engagement.

At the same time, the transition to digital engagement hasn’t met expectations; lacking unified customer experience, presenting fragmented data and resources, and cumbersome navigation. PrescriberPoint’s human centered design and cutting-edge technology created a core product with easy to use and consistent interfaces to branded products’ discovery and education, timely interaction with life science experts, patient co-pay and prior authorization support and more… all in a one-stop-shop.

Our next generation pharma marketing platform will go beyond traditional consumer display advertising and use its traffic to engage HCPs in value-added, a la carte experiences that use first party and third-party data to allow pharma brands to engage HCPs on an on-demand basis.

We were incubated within Eli Lilly’s Innovation Center in collaboration with Boston Consulting Group Digital Ventures.

Position: Director of Digital and Product Marketing

As Director of Digital and Product Marketing, you’ll support the strategy and operations of our email, SEM, and social advertising programs focusing on HCP acquisition, engagement, and retention. PrescriberPoint treats marketing and product as the sum of “1+1=3” alchemy to distinguish ourselves in the market. You will collaborate with product managers to influence the roadmap and bring your unique insights into product development. You’ll partner with key stakeholders across the organization to design and launch new product features, contribute to the company’s growth, and promote user adoption. This is a unique opportunity to help clarify and craft our product.

Email is one of our most critical audience growth and engagement platforms and will be the the significant near term focus. As such, current or recent email marketing experience is a must. You will use your keen understanding of best practices and cutting-edge industry innovations to propose and drive initiatives to substantially enhance the program. You will conceive of and implement fresh ways to attract new HCP’s and ensure they are increasingly engaged throughout their lifecycle.

You will work closely with our Marketing Leaders and our Product Team to ensure that omnichannel messaging and outreach are coordinated and complementary, and you’ll also explore paid acquisition tactics.

Working closely with our analytics team, you will help determine KPIs—bearing in mind ongoing data privacy challenges—and you’ll improve existing dashboards to better track and communicate program success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute email, SEM, and social marketing campaigns, and automated flows that drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Create content and design email templates that align with the brand and business objectives.
• Manage email marketing platform: Manage the email marketing platform to ensure email lists are segmented, email templates are up-to-date, and campaigns are executed on time.
• Support the management of SEM ad platforms with the support of outside consultants and vendors.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
• Use data to measure the impact of email marketing on business metrics like lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and design, to develop email marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Ensure messaging and branding are consistent across all channels.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Share insights and recommendations with the team to improve email marketing performance.

• Proven experience running a sophisticated and effective multichannel marketing program and team including SEM and social with a special emphasis on enterprise email subscription programs.
• Expert at all aspects of email strategy, implementation, operations, and reporting. Proficiency with enterprise email marketing platforms (e.g., Hubspot).
• Ability to think critically about KPIs and comfortable with data and reporting.
• Exceptional project-management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage complex processes.
• Ability to confidently and tactfully engage with senior managers and functional experts. Skilled at achieving consensus and moving projects forward.
• Ability to work independently in a low-structure environment and to deal with ambiguity.
