About the role:

Premise Health’s marketing and communications team is expanding and seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support strategy and oversee the success of our products by developing and executing comprehensive plans that drive product awareness, demand, and adoption.

Under the guidance of the Associate Vice President of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will oversee a team of product marketing specialists responsible for executing marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for understanding our comprehensive product suite, identifying areas of opportunity, and moving projects forward.

Job Requirements:

• Leads the development and execution of comprehensive product marketing plans that increase revenue, including goal setting, messaging development, performance tracking, and improvement recommendations
• Oversees a team of product marketing specialists, adopting a player-coach management style and supporting ongoing development
• Ensures product marketing strategies are managed to plan and communicated to appropriate parties with minimal oversight
• Develops clear and effective product positioning and messaging for B2B audiences that differentiates our products in the market
• Oversees quality of product marketing content for a variety of mediums, including presentations, web content (blog and social), case studies, and other sales materials (slicks, eBooks, infographics, etc.)
• Collaborates with various departments across the organization (sales, clinical, operations, growth and development, etc.) to scale product information and successfully execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates
• Gathers feedback from customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve product marketing strategies and product offerings
• Develops and executes marketing campaigns to generate demand for the product, collaborating with digital marketing to optimize online and offline marketing channels
• Conducts in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform product marketing strategies Understands the business as a whole and takes ownership in effort to become a proactive partner in idea generation and messaging
•  Defines KPIs and metrics to measure the success of product marketing efforts, regularly analyzing and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives
• Leads product marketing process development, documentation, and training to ensure consistency across products and product specialists
• Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders at varying levels of the organization, serving as a subject matter expert and partner to understand business goals
• Stays up to date with competitors, industry news, and emerging trends as they relate to the Premise Health brand, products, and direct healthcare industry

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, adverting, or related field

Experience:

•  5-7+ years of relevant work experience
•  1 to 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
•   Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market segmentation, positioning, and messaging

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word
• Strong understanding of the healthcare market and customer dynamics
• Expertise in marketing software and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail, organized, and strong project management skills
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving KPIs and goals
• Ability to provide examples of prior professional work or writing samples
