About the role: This individual enhances our organization’s service and reputation by improving our patients experience through telephonic support. They will assist patients by relaying upcoming health center events, providing standard health center information, scheduling appointments, assisting in patient follow up calls, resolving patient issues and providing possible solutions.
This role will have a rotating schedule every other week. The schedule is as follows:
Week 1
7a-6p CST M-Thurs
Week 2
9:30a-4p CST Sun
7a-6p CST M-Wed
7a-10:30a CST Thursday

While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated California, Colorado, Washington, and New York compensation is $15.00 – $17.47 an hour.
