Position Summary:

Preferred Freezer Services is looking for a highly motivated, intelligent, and passionate talent acquisition manager/recruiter to join the team. You will partner with our leaders and have the ability to directly impact the success of the organization you support. You will be detail-oriented, organized, and be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally. Your passion for your role and the Company will shine through in your conversations with top candidates and hiring managers as you find, attract and provide a great experience for our candidates and your customers.

You will lead, manage and actively participate in the entire recruiting life cycle while working closely with management to drive best in class recruiting practices and strategy. Individual must be strategic in design and implementation of various recruiting strategies. Looking for an up and comer with full life cycle experience handling diverse client groups, with the ability to understand and use metrics for identifying stalled searches and getting them back on track.

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle recruiting for industry
• Create and adapt sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals for experienced candidates
• Design a comprehensive, strategic recruiting plan, leverage targeted job fairs and travel to other sites/states to find and attract competitive candidates
• Drive multiple candidate channels including referrals and other campaigns
• Be comfortable using various social media platforms and design social media recruitment campaign
• Dig in and master the different roles so you will have the ability to drive recruitment strategies, evaluate top talent, and navigate a high-touch hiring process
• Develop processes that drive exceptional Candidate Experience
• Qualify candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
• Coach junior recruiters (when available) that may help with coordination or sourcing
• ** Must be able to travel regularly and up to 50% as needed

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years of sourcing, recruiting, networking and interviewing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to source and recruit senior level talent across all types of skills, mid-level professionals, as well as entry level laborers
• Strong computer & sourcing skills, including experience using ATS
• Strong ability to manage Boolean searches and influence passive candidates’ interest
• Strong Excel skills and ability to develop metrics and analyze accordingly

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

• Self-starter with exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential
• Passion for multi-tasking and switching gears as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead in a matrix environment
• Experience in warehousing, cold-storage, or logistics industry a plus
