As our People & Culture (P&C) Specialist /HR Generalist , will provide partnerships for and collaboration on key business initiatives with our Rip City Management (RCM) part-time staff and leaders. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the core areas, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, workers’ compensation, leave of absence, accommodations, and the interpretation and administration of policies and procedures.
We are currently seeking an ideal candidate for this position , and we want to emphasize the importance of specific qualifications for this role :
□ 1 + years of employee relations experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of conflict resolution and fostering positive workplace relationships.
□ Basic knowledge of Leave of Absence and Accommodations, ensuring the ability to navigate and support employees through these processes.
□ Proven experience in showcasing resourcefulness and the ability to work independently, with a strong track record of self-driven success.
□ A solution-oriented mindset, with a knack for problem-solving and finding innovative HR solutions.
□ Flexibility to work on nights and weekends as needed, supporting our workforce around the clock.
