This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced sales leader to bring their talents to a growing, vibrant company. In this role, you will join the Pop! Promos leadership team to direct the company’s strategic growth while managing the strategy, talent, and operations of our sales organization.
Pop! Promos is based in Philadelphia and operates on a hybrid work schedule with three days a week in the office and work-from-home two days a week.
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for Pop! Promos sales success in partnership with fellow team members on the executive team and will be reporting to the CEO. Primarily responsible to meet established revenue and sales growth targets. Responsible for strategic sales leadership and revenue delivery for the company across all lines of business and channels, including internal sales staff. Included in this role is responsibility for partnering with VP, Marketing and VP of Product Development to ensure market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, distribution and channel strategies support the overall target growth of the organization.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Create and execute sales department strategies to meet all requirements while achieving Pop! Promos revenue and profit goals. Invest time in learning and evaluating new processes and technologies that will impact the business. Creatively create Pop! Promos vibrant, expanding sales future.
Lead company sales professionals and external distribution partners to achieve sales and profit objectives.
Integrate Pop! Promos marketing and product development initiatives to produce optimal commercial success.
Tightly integrate the customer experience with sales.
Identify strategic business opportunities.
Cultivate awareness of company realities.
Exemplify the company’s commitment to servant leadership in all interactions, at all times.
