We are seeking a highly motivated Coordinator, Merchandise Marketing to join our Brand Marketing Team, focused on working cross-functionally to develop product lines, marketing strategies and execution plans to drive fan engagement and revenue outcomes with a continued focus on the customer journey. They will also be responsible for collaborating with our team retail operator to create seasonal product assortments and complete targeted campaigns focused on product sales growth and fan experience. Core focus is to act as a campaign lead in the facilitation of all interpersonal deliverables required to successfully implement and recap each campaign. Collaborate with broader retail marketing team to help identify, execute, and recap strategic campaigns while serving as campaign lead (project manager) in the submission and facilitation of all retail campaign requirements (product requests, creative requests, task submissions, VO copy, etc). Work with Digital Strategy team in the scheduling and deployment of retail related messaging. The Marketing coordinator will also produce and share ideas for promotional events and/or activities in support of retail and lead the internal ordering process for the organization. In addition to Suns duties the coordinator will also assist in developing plans in support of Phoenix Mercury retail revenue goal.
