Auto req ID: 251751BR Job Description Main Purpose: The purpose of this role is to provide tactical operations support involving order entry, and appointment scheduling while using transportation knowledge and logic to secure valuable appointments while validating important information for key selling points. The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders on potential service gaps. This role is responsible for customer appointment scheduling, requesting and finalizing, to ensure all expectations are met. Scope: Effectively prioritize for requesting and scheduling approximately 150 touches per day in a manner that meets on time pick up, delivery, maintain hours of service requirements, and accountable to key brokerage SOPs and EDI processes. Additionally, time will be spent identifying process improvements within current book of business and sharing best practice knowledge as a team. Accountabilities: Timely and accurate order entry with requesting and setting Pickup and Delivery appointments for Customers assigned Managing dispatch board and Customers assigned to identify how to manage the day to day needs of each customer Proactive shipment tracking and customer alerts for known anticipated service gaps Proactive communication with key stakeholders regarding any known anticipated delays Participate in after hours or weekend duties as needed during peak seasons Scope of Interactions: 85% External

Collaboration with Leadership and Account Management team Qualifications/Requirements Strong passion for customer service and logistics excellence Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders, customers, OTR drivers and dispatchers in a professional and constructive manner Ability to manage high volumes of data integrity and maintain accuracy in the process Ability to learn and update brokerage transportation management system Effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with Vendors, Receivers and co-workings Willing and able to be flexible to step outside of normal day to day scope when bandwidth allows to support additional scheduling needs or Track and Trace efforts Ability to operate and flourish in a fast paced business environment Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations Willingness to embrace change and all other assigned duties for the greater good of the team
