Auto req ID: 257314BR Job Description The LD&T Assistant Analyst (Performance Analyst) will be the Lead resource for reporting capability in the West Division WHD. This will encompass driving customer service & productivity through creation & execution of enhanced reporting capability & ad hoc presentations.
Streamlining of existing reporting and provide coverage for the Regional Performance Resource (RPR) role. Role is located anywhere within the West Division. THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIE:
Assess and develop daily, weekly, period and quarterly reporting for West WHD around Service, Operational and Financial metrics. Develop and maintain enhanced reporting capability utlizing Tableau, Excel, SAP, WMS and presentation software such as Powerpoint. This role will work with Leadership to provide ad hoc reporting capabilities.
This role will work closely with the RPR and help identify, report, and call out Customer Service gaps to goal, monitor site performance, and assist in the execution of action plans to close the gaps for all WHD metrics (i.e. RAD, FR, OTIF). This role will work closely with West Division SAP Accounts Payable and WHD Leaders to analyze financials and identify gaps to plan along with providing recommendations for correction. Develop and maintain cross functional relationships with Sector Reporting & Analytics team, Logistics Integration, Regional Transportation, Performance Resource teams, DC teams.
Will be cross trained to backfill the Regional Performance Resource (RPR). Future LSS certification expected. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements Strong Leadership and analytical skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate across all levels of the organization and outside the organization. Exceptional analytical skills to create/interpret reporting/data to drive performance improvement. Strong MS Office skills required (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) including pivot tables, graphs, and other analysis tools.
SAP and WMS experience preferred. Strong organizational skills. Ability to consistently achieve desired results, manage multiple tasks, set priorities, act decisively, and solve problems.
