Job Details for HR GENERALIST:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30am -4pm
• Pay Rate: $ 85,000 – $95,000
• Bonus Plan: 5% for Personal Metrics and 5% Company Performance (METRICS RUN JUNE 1ST – MAY 31ST)

Job Responsibilities & Description for HR GENERALIST:

• Partner with leaders and employees to drive employee engagement, performance, involvement, and retention of our talent
• Champion and communicate HR programs, practices and policies with the overall objective of maintaining and nurturing a strong, people focused culture
• Partner with our recruiting team on recruitment, selection and on-boarding processes
• Manages all employee relations aspects, including investigations and corrective actions
• Manage employee-focused corporate events: Act as project manager and point of contact for planning committees
• Manages governmental and company regulatory compliance efforts

Job Requirements for HR GENERALIST:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management or related field required
• Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience in a dynamic environment required
• Experience supporting talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, benefits, and work process improvement; knowledge of HR principles, employment laws and regulations
• Strong project management abilities and process-orientation as well as a high tolerance for ambiguity amidst change
• Strong data analytic capability and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate with broad groups of people
• Ability to develop partnerships with leadership and influencing key business decisions

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in HR, Business, Management, or related field
• Human Resources Certification: SPHR, PHR.
• Previous experience supporting employees in a corporate environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and continuously evolving environment
• Experience working with remote employees from a variety of locations
