PeopleReady Skilled Trades is currently seeking experienced Millwright-Riggers to join our team for a project in Spring Hill, TN

This project involves a comprehensive scope of electrical and mechanical services, including disassembly, relocation, and reinstallation of equipment

OSHA certification is required for this position $ each way travel time compensation for qualified travelers Apply Now!!!

Note : The pay rate for this job is $ – $ / hour

Responsibilties :

• Electrical services : Safely disconnect all electrical components, controls, control wiring, and cabinets
• Mechanical services : Safely disassemble all equipment, including structural supports (columns, beams, braces, brackets), safety gates, fencing, guards, rails, etc

as shown in documentation

• Rig, load, and transport : Load all equipment onto a provided transport trailer and move to the designated location
• Unload : Unload all equipment at the new location
• Alignment and layout : Utilizing precision equipment, shoot, locate, and mark datum points, reference lines, and perform all required alignment to establish the cell layout at the new location in accordance with detailed layout drawings provided by the customer
• Reinstallation : Reinstall all equipment mechanically, ensuring every component is installed in the same way it was at the initial location

This includes proper alignment, leveling, and anchoring to the concrete floor Electrical reconnection : Perform electrical reconnection of all equipment, leaving it in the same configuration as found at the initial location

Final cleanup : Perform final cleanup at both origin and destination locations

Qualifications :

• Must have OSHA Certification or be willing to obtain it
• Must have at least years of Millwright or Rigging experience
• Must be comfortable working at heights Must adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations
• Must have reliable transportation to / from the job site
• Must have tool list or be willing to obtain prior to job start
• Tools Required : Combination metric wrenches, -mm Combination standard wrenches, / -” / ” drive standard socket set / -” with ratchet / ” drive metric socket set -mm ” Straight and Phillips screwdriver oz
