Penn State Health Physician Recruitment Looking for Physician Assistant – Adult Congenital Heart Disease at Hershey, Pennsylvania Full Time

We are seeking a physician assistant to work in our Adult Congenital Heart Disease program. Physician assistant will work under supervision of a physician within their scope of practice. Duties will include taking medical histories, implement diagnostic testing, physical examination, coordination-of-care, and therapeutic tasks in the sphere of decision-making required to establish a diagnosis and to develop a treatment plan.

Position will include both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant Program or baccalaureate or higher degree program that meets licensure requirements in the State of Pennsylvania required.
• National Certification in Pennsylvania or in another State with reciprocity and licensure to practice in Pennsylvania required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S)

• Cardiology experience is preferred.
