The Opportunity
The Business Development Manager reporting to the VP, Sales is responsible for driving the regional sales growth for Peak’s Energy Storage and Mobility technology by developing prospects, advancing opportunities, determining strategies and the solutions necessary to close energy storage projects with various direct customers and channel partners.
Our new Business Development Manager will:
Deliver. You are excellent at building out a pipeline of new leads and seeking out and developing key partners. You’re motivated by targets and have a strong track record of exceeding your performance milestones.
Report. Prepare concepts, proposals, plans, and quotes in response to customer contacts and maintain knowledge of market trends, customer requirements, competitor actions
Collaborate. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills to enable effective operations that require input, buy-in, and execution across internal and external stakeholders.
Grow. You are a critical thinker who can seize opportunities to create value for Peak Power’s long-term vision for optimizing power utilization and energy storage. You will proactively identify opportunities to improve operational performance, efficiency, and scalability and contribute to Peak Power’s electric asset portfolio growth.

Compensation : Salary Range : $120,000 – 140,000 + Uncapped Commission
