Peachtree Orthopedics Looking for Human Resources Intern at Atlanta, GA Full Time

Job Description As a Human Resources Intern, you will join Peachtree Orthopedics HR team. You will gain hands-on experience in multiple human resource disciplines including employee development, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and employment laws. Essential Duties: Support multiple projects to deliver timely results on Human Resources initiatives. Assist in on-boarding and orienting new hires. Ensure timely and accurate data updates in the HRIS System. Assist with filing, compliance, and auditing personnel files. Assist with HR Communications: Postings, Flyers, and electronic communications. Prepare HR-related reports as needed. Assist with all special employee engagement events. Provides administrative and technical support to the Human Resources department on a variety of other functions. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Must be a current or rising Junior or Senior enrolled at an accredited university or college majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related degree. Work Schedule: Availability to work 20-29 hours per week is preferred. Students are expected to work normal business hours: Monday through Friday Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Passionate about pursuing a career in Human Resources Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task, self-starter, and self-reliant. Be able to effectively work in an office and remote team environment. Ability to work with a variety of personalities and cultures.
